Roseau, Dominica: Secret Bay Dominica unveiled the much-awaited Funicular and Botanica Organic Garden & Chef’s Table on Wednesday. While adding exceptional charm to the allure of the resort, the new attractions also fulfilled the parameters of the sustainability.

Secret Bay Dominica is a six-star-villa rainforest resort with unique fusion of the luxury and sustainability. Showcasing the magnificent attractions of Dominica, the resort has included secluded clifftop residential-style villas.

Secret Bay Funicular

Secret Bay Funicular was the long-awaited project of the rainforest resort. It is the longest in the Caribbean at 300 feet long making in unique experience for the tourists. With the surroundings of the rainforests, the Funicular emerged as another example of Secret Bay’s eco-tourism aspect.

It also allows the tourists to seamlessly access three new enclaves of the resort: The Hillside, Clifftop and Summit.

As per the Secret Bay policy, up to six guests at a time are allowed to board the carriage from the Mouben Welcome House or beachfront amenities. It will also make the tourists to ascend up to 300 linear feet into Secret Bay’s coastal jungle, effortlessly reaching one’s destination within a matter of minutes.

Botanica Organic Garden & Chef’s Table

The Botanica Organic Garden & Chef’s Table is another amenity nestled in Secret Bay’s rainforest. It is the unique blend of the plant-based delicacies and provides authentic garde-to-fork culinary experience.

The Chef’s Table has provided remarkable new dimension to the allure of Secret Bay and makes dining experience of the tourists magnificent.

The new attraction has marked the commitment of the Secret Bay to raise awareness about the benefits of plant-based diets and eco-minded living. The offering with immersive experience is priced US$100 per person. It has also included a three-course meal and bottle of wine.

Every dish of the Organic Garden serves the freshness of vegetables, aromatic herbs, and spices, all meticulously handpicked from the chef’s very own organic garden. It will also highly contribute to the environmental sustainability mission of Secret Bay.
